PRODUCT, SHIPPING and PAYMENT INFORMATION

Listed below are the watercolor products available for sale through Artworks by Donna. You can browse all the products or select one of the categories. These are not computer generated images. Each order is personally and individually hand painted by the artist with watercolor paints using the same design and color. At times, a slight difference may occur in size, shading or spacing, but the design and color scheme will be created the same manner as shown with the products.

If you would like to change the color pattern of any of the watercolor art products on this page, you can do so. There is no extra charge for a color change. As each order is hand painted by the artist, you can customize the colors. For example, if the item has two of the same color, and you want all three the same color, that can be done. If the item has many different colors, such as the whimsical balloon notecards, you can request all balloon be the same color. The cats, birds, sheep, hearts, etc. can be the same color. Prior to placing your order, send your request to the artist through the Contact page. Please keep to primary colors.

The easels shown in the images are not included. They are only used for displaying the product.

Sales Tax is included in the price. Shipping is additional. Shipping options are calculated at checkout. Shipping defaults as first class mail. USPS estimates 5 to 10 business days for delivery depending on distance and weather. If you need it sooner, you can opt out for express Priority Mail which is approximately 2 to 3 business days. Both options are available to mainland USA. Due to the distance, Hawaii and Alaska orders are shipped Priority Mail only, Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from the artist letting you know your order has shipped. If you opt for Priority Mail (express shipping), you will receive a tracking number.

All orders are processed securely (SSL encryption) through PayPal. You can use either your PayPal account or your credit card information through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, it is recommended that you create one prior to placing your order as that will facilitate the ordering process for you. There is no charge to acquire a PayPal account which is used worldwide.
