  • Shipping options are calculated at checkout. Shipping defaults as first class mail. USPS estimates 5 to 10 business days for delivery depending on distance and weather. If you need it sooner, you can opt out for express Priority Mail which is approximately 2 to 3 business days. Both options are available to mainland USA. Due to the distance, Hawaii and Alaska orders are shipped Priority Mail only, Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from the artist letting you know your order has shipped. If you opt for Priority Mail (express shipping), you will receive a tracking number.

  • Sales Tax is included in the price.

  • All orders are processed securely (SSL encryption) through PayPal. You can use either your PayPal account or your credit card information through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, it is recommended that you create one prior to placing your order as that will facilitate the ordering process for you. There is no charge to acquire a PayPal account which is used worldwide.

  • Yes, you can request a color change for any watercolor product at no additional charge. As each order is hand painted by the artist, you can customize the colors. If an item has multiple colors but you want just one color, you can request that. If the items are one color, but you want a different color, that can be arranged as long as you select a primary color. Prior to placing your order, send your request to the artist through the Contact page.

  • If you live close to Venice, FL, and would like to pick up your order, please send your order request through the contact form. All pickup orders are cash only.
